Matching event on Energy, Enviroment, Recycling and Recover

Within the framework of Genera 2018, Fundación madri+d will organize a brokerage to exchange information between possible  partners.

The main objective of the event is to create a meeting forum for companies, research institutes, universities and other organizations that are actively engaged within the fields of renewable energy, environment and recycling.

Participants may provide opportunities for collaboration and business based technology, through aimed to agreement bilateral meetings.

HOW IT WORKS

A matchmaking event is a quick and easy way to meet potential cooperation partners.  30 minutes are usually enough to build connections and find future cooperations.

1. Registration

Before June 12th – 2018. During the registration you can set when you want to be available for meetings.  This determines up to how many meetings you can have.

2. Set up a profile

Next up you create a profile that will be visible to other signed-up attendees on the event website.  This profile describes what you are looking for and are offering to potential partners.

3. Request meetings

On the March 20th you can start to receive and send meeting requests to attendees you want to meet at the event.  You can access your agenda at any time. A few days prior to the event you will receive an exact schedule with the times and table number for your meetings.

4. Feedback after the event

The organizers will ask for your feedback on the event and the meetings you had. We highly appreciate your feedback, as it is valuable information on how to improve our matchmaking services and whether the meetings you had were useful and will lead to cooperation.
