Rapid.Contact 2019 is a brokerage event which is organised within the framework of the 16th edition of the international fair “Rapid.Tech + FabCon 3.D”, taking place in Erfurt, Germany, from 25 till 27 June, 2019.
The fair has become one of Europe’s key information and communication platforms for Additive Manufacturing processes like rapid prototyping e.a. In 2018, 208 exhibitors from 14 different countries presented their products and techniques.
The fair focuses on the latest developments in rapid prototyping, the manufacturing of end products using additive techniques, and on how this technology can be transferred into mass production processes. With the aim of promoting international cooperation between researchers, developers and users, the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) Thuringia uses the fair as a platform for the organisation of a brokerage event, aiming at bringing together exhibitors, participants and visitors and giving them a chance to meet during the event and discuss possible forms of cooperation.
