Matchmaking

The matchmaking enables participants to search for research market opportunities. You have the option to schedule meetings with counterparts, the ideal environment for you to make international contacts and to explore new markets.

• Onsite 1:1 meetings during the Eurostars: Ready for Take off event on 4 April 2024 in ARTIS Amsterdam. The meetings will be scheduled during the event between, 13:00-18:00 hours.
• Virtual 1:1 meetings from 5 April until 12 September 2024.

This virtual matchmaking platform will be active until 12 September 2024. On the virtual marketplace participants can invite and book online meetings with each other to discuss cooperation opportunities.

Pitching your project idea

In addition to the onsite – and virtual matchmaking, several thematic parallel sessions will offer the opportunity for you to pitch your project idea. For more information, see our event website.

Scope

Eurostars is a bottom-up program and all technology fields are invited to participate in the matchmaking. However, the thematic sessions focus specifically on the following topics:

Registration

1. To participate in the onsite matchmaking, register first for the Eurostars: Ready for Take off event. This is mandatory. You can register via the event website. 
2. To register for the onsite 1:1 Matchmaking in ARTIS Amsterdam and for the virtual matchmaking use the registration button which you’ll find on the right, or in the top bar.

Eurostars call for projects SEP 2024
You can submit your R&D project application for this call for projects between 12 July and 12 September 2024.
