Abstract: A new concept is needed in designing of nano-conductive materials, to respond to all required needs: the thermal-mechanical parameters for filament extrusion, the thermal-rheological parameters for precision 3D printing, and finally the electromagnetic-thermal-mechanical parameters required to GHz/THz components. The work will be involved in: definition of the features of nano-conductive materials to respond to final requirements of customers, one side, and 3D printing technology, on the other side; a new concept on nano-composites, balancing the nano-ingredients characteristics with polymer matrix and using special additives, to ensure the processability during extrusion and respectively 3D printing; design of GHz/THz components geometry and features, to be optimally transferred to the 3D printers software, where the compatibility of material, design and technology will be tested; versatility of the technology putting in balance the nano-material capabilities and the resolution of 3D process.

BÚSQUEDA DE SOCIOS “IntellPack”Abstract: 
The project intends a flexible platform integrating sensing, recording, tracing and communicating features. The intelligent packaging will be based on a versatile flexible label, achieved by multilayer inkjet printing. The concept will be reusable and adaptable to multi-functional intelligent packaging.

BÚSQUEDA DE SOCIOS “ULTRAMOLDPOW”
Abstract: The powder micro-injection moulding process is an efficient method for the high volume production of shaped components from powders. Powder micro-injection moulding is a derivative of polymer injection moulding and uses much of the same technology, along with batch sintering processes used in powder metallurgy and ceramic processing. In recent years this technology has moved from the laboratory to commercial production in the electronic, computer, medical and chemical industries. The powder micro-injection moulding industry is forecasting an average growth rate of between 20 and 40% over the next few years.

BÚSQUEDA DE SOCIOS “IntelRobotArm”
Abstract: The projects intends the design, fabrication and test of a special autonomous robot, based on a new concept of multi-axis arm with inter-operable multiple-tool facility, able to perform specialised operations with high precision in designed places at variable heights  with low access for human operators. The robot is based on electric motors and drives, commanded from the ground via specialised software, and assures also local vision on positioning and quality of work done. Main application would be for rehabilitation of art and historical buildings, but no other technical applications are excluded, i.e. may be used for specialised welding in interior of long and curved metallic components etc.
